Referring a case to Elmm Law Group is a simple and seamless process. We would love to be your referral partner if you are an attorney, small business, or individual.

Arizona recently eliminated its ban on fee sharing with non-lawyers. The removal of that rule allows us to split our fees with those who send us cases, which we are happy to do!

Referral Agreement

To proceed with the case, we will formalize the referral relationship in our Fee Agreement. Our Agreement specifies the terms and responsibilities for all parties involved, with non-lawyers having no responsibility for handling the case. Elmm Law Group is responsible for the full control and management of the case from start to finish. Our Team will also provide you with regular updates on the case status.

Strategic Case Management

Elmm Law Group prefers to handle referral cases from the beginning to assemble the necessary evidence and ensure every phase of the case is handled properly. This allows us to maximize case values and results. If you have a case that was handled by a pre-litigation attorney and wish to refer it to us, we are happy to evaluate it.
